Less admin. More possibility.

What could your time be worth?

Put your own numbers to the work around invoices, records and recurring reviews. See when an investment in Aiman could make sense.

Your business. Your assumptions.

Planning estimate, not measured customer results or announced Aiman pricing. Recovered capacity is not automatically a cash saving. Nothing you enter is sent or saved.

The model covers its assumed cost. Real value depends on what the pilot delivers and how you use the time recovered.

Your turnover context: AED 3,000,000 a year. Net capacity value equals 0.9% of that figure; this is not additional revenue.

Talk through your numbers

Make a decision, not just a calculation

What changes for your business?

Time or cash? You choose the assumption.

If the same team stays on the same payroll, recovered time creates capacity. Count cash only where spending can actually fall: overtime, contractors or an otherwise necessary hire.

Starts at 0% so the model does not assume payroll savings.

How much depends on your assumptions?

Bring a workflow. Leave with evidence.

Your model starts with 69.3 hours per month and aims to recover 27.7. Start with invoice preparation or reconciliation; keep overlapping admin time out of both buckets.

Plan a measurable pilot
  1. Week 1 · BaselineTime comparable tasks, record volumes and count rework.
  2. Weeks 2–3 · CompareRepeat the same workflow with the same complexity; record human review time too.
  3. Week 4 · DecideCompare median time and errors. Confirm which costs can fall before calling them savings.

The break-even question

6.2 hours a month.

That is the monthly capacity you would need to recover at your hourly cost to cover the assumed first-year investment.

Follow the maths.

Monthly baseline = invoice count × minutes ÷ 60, plus other admin hours × companies. Recovered time = baseline × your reduction assumption. Annual value = recovered hours × 12 × hourly cost. Net value subtracts 12 subscriptions and one setup cost.

Turnover provides context; it does not generate savings in this model. Fines avoided, tax reductions, revenue growth and replacement of professional advice are excluded. Validate time reductions during a pilot before budgeting for them.
