Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before taking the next step.

Let’s make it practical.

Wondering how this fits your business?

Start here, then bring us the questions specific to your company.

What would I actually use Aiman for?

Think of a licence renewal, an unpaid invoice and a missing company document arriving on your desk together. Aiman brings those jobs into one company workspace, with the records, person responsible and next decision alongside them. Pulse gives you a business health overview; Actions helps you work through priorities; Vault keeps supporting records close; and Cashflow connects the invoice and payment story. You can try those journeys in the interactive demo and discuss which would be most useful for your pilot.

What does the Business Health Score tell me?

Pulse is a starting point for a conversation with your business. A lower score draws attention to issues such as overdue tasks, missing evidence or an approaching renewal. Open it to see the reasons and the actions to review, rather than treating the number as an answer on its own. The demo lets you explore how that picture changes as issues are resolved. The score reflects the records assessed; it is not a credit rating or a legal compliance certificate, and incomplete information needs to remain visible.

How does Aiman work with eInvoicing providers?

Our approach is collaboration with authorised specialists. Aiman focuses on your company’s day-to-day work: preparing invoice information, finding missing details, organising supporting records and keeping approvals clear. An accredited service provider handles the regulated exchange and reporting within its authorised scope. These are complementary roles: a provider connection is only useful when the information going into it is ready. Provider integrations are being prepared; the public demo currently shows the preparation and review journey. Before a live pilot, we will confirm the provider, its accreditation, the connection available to your business and who handles each step.

Can I keep my accountant and the tools I already use?

Yes. You should not have to give up trusted people to get a clearer view of your business. Aiman is being built to make records and decisions easier to share with the people responsible for them. For example, a missing invoice detail can be gathered before an accountant reviews it, and a renewal can bring its supporting documents into the same conversation. Tell us which accounting tools you use during the founder call. We will discuss what can be supported in your pilot, including any manual steps, rather than promise a connection that is not ready.

How do I get started, and what happens after I enquire?

Start with the demo if you would like to explore on your own, or book a 30-minute founder call to walk through a problem from your business. The early-access form asks about your companies, invoice volume and priorities so the conversation can be specific. It currently prepares an email draft for you to review and send. Together we can define a useful pilot: the workflow to try, the people involved and what a good result would look like. Sending an enquiry does not start a subscription or charge you.

Can I use Aiman for several companies?

That is an important part of the product. Each company needs its own records, obligations and decisions, even when the same owner or team manages them. Try switching companies in the demo to see the workspace change with the business you select. For a pilot, we will discuss the number of entities, who needs access and whether you work as an owner, finance team or adviser. The aim is to make it easier to move between businesses while keeping each company’s context clear.

What can I try in the payment demo?

Follow a sample invoice through Tap to Pay, collection and reconciliation. The journey shows how an amount, a payment status and the original invoice can stay connected, so a team has less detective work to do later. You can click through without using a bank card or moving money. Live collection would require a suitable regulated payment provider and merchant onboarding. We will confirm availability and responsibilities before offering that workflow for real transactions.

How do I know whether Aiman is worth the cost?

Start with the work that costs your team time today. Our value calculator lets you enter invoice volume, time spent on administration and your own cost assumptions, then see the potential hours recovered and the break-even point. It also shows when the numbers do not add up. See our Pricing page for proposed One, Plus and Ultra memberships. Paid activation is not open yet; the calculator fee remains your own planning assumption. A useful pilot should measure the same tasks before and after, so you can judge the value from your experience rather than a headline savings claim.

What do you need to know about my business?

A short description of the problem is enough to begin. The number of companies, approximate invoice volume and the tools you use help us prepare a useful conversation; ranges are fine. Keep confidential invoices, identity documents, passwords and bank details out of the enquiry. If a later pilot needs company information, the purpose, access and handling arrangements should be agreed first. For access, correction or deletion requests, email privacy@aimanlegal.com. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Who is building Aiman?

Aiman was founded by Sarah Zuhri Ouchikh, who is developing the product around the everyday business and compliance questions companies face in the UAE. She also writes Ahead of Regulation, covering subjects such as eInvoicing and changes to company law. The public walkthroughs let you see the direction of the product, and a founder call is a chance to bring your own questions directly to Sarah. Customer results will be shared when they can be supported with evidence and permission; the examples on this site are product demonstrations.
