Who to contact
Aiman is an early-stage product led by Sarah Zuhri Ouchikh. For public website enquiries contact sarah@aimanlegal.com; for privacy requests contact privacy@aimanlegal.com. The contracting entity and business registration details will be provided before any paid agreement. This website does not offer a paid subscription.
Information you choose to send
The enquiry builder keeps your answers in the current browser tab. It does not submit them to a database or server. Only when you open a draft and send it through your own email app do your chosen details reach our mailbox. We use those details to respond to your enquiry, discuss a call or assess pilot fit. Email providers process messages as part of delivery.
Booking a call
The Book a call page links to Sarah’s Google Calendar appointment schedule. No Google booking script or iframe loads on this site. When you choose a time, Google processes the details you provide under its own terms and privacy policy, and the booking details reach the organiser. Check the time zone, fields and confirmation in Google before booking.
Only what is useful
Name and research ranges are optional. We ask for a business workflow and confirmation that you are an adult authorised to enquire. We do not ask for date of birth, identity documents, banking credentials, client documents or exact financial statements. Please do not include confidential information in free-text answers.
Cookies, analytics and infrastructure
Hosting necessarily handles connection information such as IP address and request metadata to deliver and protect the site. A language preference cookie and a local consent preference support your choices. Optional Google Analytics can load only after consent and only when a valid production measurement ID is configured. Advertising features are disabled; form answers are never included in analytics. In this review environment optional analytics is off. See the cookie policy for storage details.
External services
Links to LinkedIn, email applications and other external services open separate services governed by their own terms. We do not embed LinkedIn trackers, session replay or social advertising pixels. The old research survey is not used as the current early-access submission route. No third-party form SDK collects the enquiry builder’s answers.
Retention and your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of contact permission at privacy@aimanlegal.com. We may need proportionate verification and may retain information where necessary to meet applicable obligations or establish legal claims; we will explain any relevant exception. No automated deletion deadline or overseas hosting guarantee is asserted. Optional browser preferences can be withdrawn using Cookie preferences. Closing the tab clears unsent enquiry state.
Marketing and children
An enquiry is not a newsletter subscription. We do not enrol you automatically or sell enquiry details. Any future optional marketing requires a separate choice and an unsubscribe route in every marketing email. This business enquiry flow is for adults aged 18 and over; do not provide children’s personal information.
