How it comes together
A score is only useful if it helps you understand what to do next. Follow a company from missing information to a clearer view.
Pulse · Your Business Health Score
Pulse summarises business health from 0 to 100 using company records and outstanding tasks. Open the score to see the issues behind it.
A missing invoice detail becomes something you can review, instead of something you discover too late.
Review the evidence. Understand the impact. Keep each approval in the right hands.
This walkthrough moves from 3 to 100 to show the changing health signal. In use, the score depends on the records and issues assessed; 100 is not a guarantee of legal compliance.
An illustrative journey with sample data. Pulse is a signal, not a compliance certificate.

A little about me
23. Building Aiman. Still asking questions.
For me, that starts with being useful. Helping someone understand a difficult decision. Giving them back an hour they would otherwise spend chasing a document. Making the next step feel a little less overwhelming.
That is what I want Aiman to be. A place where the person behind a business can look at what is happening, understand what needs their attention and know where to start. There is a lot of technology behind that idea. But the reason for building it is very human.
I’m 23, and I care deeply about getting this right. I’m building, learning and asking people to show me the parts of their working day that software still makes harder than it should. A question I hadn’t considered, or an honest “this doesn’t help me”, can be more useful than a compliment.
I also write Ahead of Regulation, where I work through changes in UAE company law and eInvoicing and what they mean for a business. Writing helps me think more carefully. Building Aiman asks me to take the next step: turn that understanding into something people can use.
If you’re building a business too, I’d love to hear your side of the story. Tell me what takes too long, what feels confusing, or what you wish someone would finally make easier. You don’t need a polished pitch. We can start with a conversation.

Let’s make it practical.
Start here, then bring us the questions specific to your company.
All questionsThink of a licence renewal, an unpaid invoice and a missing company document arriving on your desk together. Aiman brings those jobs into one company workspace, with the records, person responsible and next decision alongside them. Pulse gives you a business health overview; Actions helps you work through priorities; Vault keeps supporting records close; and Cashflow connects the invoice and payment story. You can try those journeys in the interactive demo and discuss which would be most useful for your pilot.
Pulse is a starting point for a conversation with your business. A lower score draws attention to issues such as overdue tasks, missing evidence or an approaching renewal. Open it to see the reasons and the actions to review, rather than treating the number as an answer on its own. The demo lets you explore how that picture changes as issues are resolved. The score reflects the records assessed; it is not a credit rating or a legal compliance certificate, and incomplete information needs to remain visible.
Our approach is collaboration with authorised specialists. Aiman focuses on your company’s day-to-day work: preparing invoice information, finding missing details, organising supporting records and keeping approvals clear. An accredited service provider handles the regulated exchange and reporting within its authorised scope. These are complementary roles: a provider connection is only useful when the information going into it is ready. Provider integrations are being prepared; the public demo currently shows the preparation and review journey. Before a live pilot, we will confirm the provider, its accreditation, the connection available to your business and who handles each step.
Yes. You should not have to give up trusted people to get a clearer view of your business. Aiman is being built to make records and decisions easier to share with the people responsible for them. For example, a missing invoice detail can be gathered before an accountant reviews it, and a renewal can bring its supporting documents into the same conversation. Tell us which accounting tools you use during the founder call. We will discuss what can be supported in your pilot, including any manual steps, rather than promise a connection that is not ready.
Start with the demo if you would like to explore on your own, or book a 30-minute founder call to walk through a problem from your business. The early-access form asks about your companies, invoice volume and priorities so the conversation can be specific. It currently prepares an email draft for you to review and send. Together we can define a useful pilot: the workflow to try, the people involved and what a good result would look like. Sending an enquiry does not start a subscription or charge you.
